Domestic Shipping Policy
Our priority is getting your purchase to you within the quickest timescale possible. With this in mind our standard/Next working day delivery service uses DHL or if required due to tight timescales then either Parcelforce or DPD may be used.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days provided the item is in stock. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order are standard. If you require a faster turnaround than we typically offer then we can arrange a faster service at an additional cost.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Orders in the UK will not be subject to any Customs, Duty or additional taxes. If you are a non-UK resident then Sparkled UK is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after delivery are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
